Dried mushrooms are prized for for their strong flavor
They can be used in hundreds of ways. We like to rehydrate then saute, deep fry, roast, or broil; Or grind the dry mushrooms and use as a rub or soup base.
How to prepare:
Gourmet dried mushrooms like Wood Ear and Morels can be soaked in warm water for about 20 minutes to rehydrate. Simply drain the water from the mushrooms and sauté with salt and butter for an easy side dish or topping. Mixing multiple varieties together tastes great, but cooking them separately makes for a fun mushroom tasting at a get-together.
Mushrooms that are commonly used for medicinal purposes like Lion's Mane and Chaga can easily be dosed to take regimentally. Making a batch of very strong mushroom tea and freezing it in an ice cube tray is an easy way to cool down your morning coffee and get your daily mushrooms.
Be careful when trying new foods as some folks may have allergies they are not aware of. Its best to try small amounts of new foods and see how your body reacts before stuffing your face!

Excellent quality and well priced, planning to purchase again when I run out. Make sure you save the water they soak in to use as mushroom broth!
Made some cream of mushroom soup that included the dried Lions Mane and Oyster! Also got to dry Lobster for the 1st time, but I can't say I'm a fan haha
